The Clinical Supervisor oversees applied behavior analysis (ABA) clinical services and therapy operations for an assigned therapy site/POD, or caseload. In coordination with the Qualified Supervising Professional, this role provides clinical expertise, industry-specific knowledge, evidence-based practices, and innovative recommendations to benefit the treatment team and overall clinical outcomes of Partners’ Clients. The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical support, direction and supervision to program supervisors and all levels of providers within the ABA program. The Clinical Supervisor is expected to provide services that place the highest priority on the ethical delivery of therapy, based on industry recognized best practices, with the interests of the clients at the center of their efforts. The Clinical Supervisor maintains a professional and ethical relationship with Partners’ Clients and fellow employees. The Clinical Supervisor demonstrates leadership in the POD, center, and throughout the company. The Clinical Supervisor communicates regularly with the Center Manager and/or Qualified Supervising Professional regarding client and staff performance. They also may assist with specific company functions, projects, or initiatives.
The salary range for this position is: $72,800 - $100,443 annually. This range reflects the base salary for this position. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities
- Develops and oversees the timely completion of initial and ongoing Individual Treatment Plans. Mentoring treatment teams and directing clinical programming that is individualized, meaningful, and important to the client. Additionally, effective treatment planning shall include assessing clinical progress, shaping the appropriateness of goals and intervention strategies, and developing effective behavioral interventions
- Provides clinical expertise on the progression of treatment and facilitate strategic planning around client transition and discharge
- Attends and participates in client progress review meetings, parent, and therapist team meetings, and/or Individual Education Plan meetings as needed or assigned
- Ensures behavioral and curriculum data is collected and analyzed appropriately
- Conducts or participates in clinical case conceptualization including record review, understanding assessment/diagnosis/clinical recommendations and the determination of medical necessity for services
- Determines limitations or barriers to treatment and makes appropriate referrals when necessary (e.g., parent involvement/attendance, payor or setting limitations, provider ratios, medical concerns, or updates to primary treatment diagnosis, or through identifying another more appropriate service or setting)
- Conducts functional behavior assessments as needed to determine appropriate treatment goals and interventions for challenging behaviors
- Writes or reviews Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), when needed
- Completes clinical documentation and reviews client reports for thoroughness, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
- Maintains compliance with industry/payor requirements (e.g., BACB Standards, Commercial Insurance, Minnesota Early Intensive Developmental Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) Services, Wisconsin Forward Health) by researching updates to payor and prior authorization requirements and adaptive behavior code uses, including updating clinical processes, workflows and/or training resources
