Manager, Digital Operation & Analytics

Overview

The Manager, Digital Operation and Analytics manages the execution of the website merchandising to achieve web generated sales and marketing goals. This position will drive decisions that increase online conversion and customer experience. This Manager is expected to drive site merchandising initiatives, promotional execution, product launches, site experience optimization and marketing campaign launches in addition to identifying other merchandising opportunities based on data analytics and competitive analysis. This position works closely with the Buying, Creative, Marketing, Site Content, Visual Sales and Technology teams to enhance and build the online assortment, product information, category information and website merchandising.  This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, working an onsite schedule of 5 days in office.

Responsibilities

• Own operational excellence for executing offers and promotions, including strategic setup, testing and pre- and post-launch QA
• Execute site merchandising operations that support key strategic initiatives, product and category launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns and trend moments; stretching into a role to recommend strategies in partnership with other site merchants
• Partners with Digital Merchandising team to optimize product categories including category refreshes, sort rules and onsite merchandising placements
• Drives special project management workflows; i.e. clearance process, campaign launch tracking, speed to market initiatives
• Monitor onsite behavior to identify operational issues or content gaps; conduct routine QA to ensure product pages, categories, navigation and campaign pages are accurate and functioning correctly
• Utilize third party tools to optimize the website experience

• Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and reduce operational defects while maintaining documents for workflows and site update procedures
• Consistently arrives promptly for scheduled work hours
• Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information
• Performs other requested tasks and duties as needed and assigned
