System Health Solutions Business Systems Analyst
This position is hybrid with some weekly on-premise work in Indianapolis, Indiana
This position will work closely with multiple departments in System Health Solutions, with the goal of understanding interdepartmental processes and using data to improve on these processes. The candidate will create and monitor existing KPIs, write SQL and create Power BI dashboards to verify performance. At the end of the day, our goal is to consolidate this information into an easily consumable format for leadership and automate processes along the way.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively applies IU Health's Business Intelligence systems to provide timely, accurate, and reliable reporting information useful for decision making purposes.
- Provides data analysis support, data validation, and may assist in investigating identified business inefficiencies to assist in development of improvement recommendations.
- Assists in developing program documentation including training and educational material relative to performance and business intelligence.
STRONGLY PREFERRED:
- Experience with data visualization software
- Experience with Excel & Microsoft Office
- Ability to use data to draw conclusions and recommendations
- SQL and Power BI knowledge
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years of experience required.
- Requires proficiency in MS Excel and Access.
