Job Title: Pre-Licensed PsychotherapistLocation: Minneapolis, St. Paul or RemoteProfessional Area: Mental Health TherapySchedule: Full or Part Time
At present, we are recruiting for Pre-Licensed Therapists:

• With specialized training in Trauma/PTSD; EMDR; Somatic Experiencing; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Brainspotting; Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback; and Sex therapy.
• Who have experience working with or training in these areas: Neurodivergent diagnoses (ADHD and ASD), addiction, eating disorders, aging/older clients, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, children under the age of 13, Women’s health (fertility, postpartum, perinatal, etc.)
• Are willing to meet with clients in person, full time, before 9am, after 5pm, on weekends and/or on Fridays
• One year of post graduate/pre-licensed mental health work experience required.
• Experience in group private practice preferred.

Requirements

LynLake is seeking to hire experienced mental health professionals who are pre-licensed, able to practice under the supervision of one of our licensed providers in the state of Minnesota and want to be part of a collaborative and integrative group practice. Our clinical team includes a wide range of therapeutic and wellness specialists.

Additional Details:

Part-time or full-time W2 employee positions available.

Experience in group or independent private practice is strongly recommended.

Commissions-based compensation model based on billable services.

Full benefits package available for W2 providers billing an average of 22+ client hours/week.

Minimum education required: Master’s degree.
