About the Role:

Priority Ford Body Shop in Norfolk is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to be the first point of contact for our body shop. As our receptionist, you’ll set the tone for our customer experience—both in person and on the phone. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Schedule appointments and maintain service calendars

• Assist with intake paperwork and insurance documentation

• Communicate with technicians and advisors to provide status updates

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (automotive a plus!)

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Positive attitude and professional appearance

• Dependability and punctuality

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems)
