Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Senior Product Marketing Manager is to draft the product’s go-to-market strategy and lead the strategic planning and tactical execution related to game launches. The Senior Manager – Product Marketing will report to the Vice President – Product and ensure product and marketing are aligned on what problem the product solves and how to articulate its benefits to the target audience. This role supports the product function and closely aligns with the product owner.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with Company and departmental policies, practices, and procedures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Leading and developing go-to-market plans that include sales enablement materials.
Develop a deep understanding of the market and competitors that will formulate a strategy to position our product and what makes it unique.
Align with product development teams to understand product features, benefits, and the technology behind it.
Define and understand the various customer segments that the product targets and develop compelling marketing collateral that effectively communicates the selling propositions.
Develop clear and compelling content like blogs, guides, and case studies that effectively communicates the selling propositions to the target audience (our business partners) and educates potential buyers, in close collaboration with the creative department.
Use existing brand assets to develop compelling marketing collateral that effectively communicates the selling propositions:
Sales decks
Game sheets/overview
Product catalogs
Game brochures
Own the development of high-quality collateral that reflects the product positioning and showcases our vision of our product.
Partner with Product, Commercial and Design teams on key solutions for Product Marketing portfolio.
Manage all aspects of photo sessions and video sessions at the product studio.
Oversee studio time, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
Drive the process in the organization and cataloging of media assets post-session.
Perform job duties in a safe manner.
Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
At least 21 years of age.
Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing
Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.
7+ years of product marketing experience in in the regulated gaming industry.
Tools: Wordpress CMS (or similar technology), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, Office Suite, Salesforce or similar CRM tool.
Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles.
Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns.
Project management skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing relevant information and making informed decisions.
Demonstrated experience in prioritizing tasks and responsibilities across projects.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to:
Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust.
Utilize laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the job.
