Responsibilities:
• Execute high-quality painting projects for residential and commercial clients.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial painting.
• Great attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch results.
• Ability to run your own crews to complete jobs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to relocate to Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
