Work You’ll Do 
As a Consultant in our Government & Public Services practice, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients. You can capitalize on our cross-industry presence to find your niche and build your individual brand within the organization. As a dynamic, strategic thinker who understands the big picture, you will work directly with clients to help them make decisions and implement enhancements to their organizations’ productivity, performance, and strategic priorities. This person should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings.

Business Consultant  

• This Consultant will play a pivotal role in implementing transformation-focused, strategic organizational and operational changes. Their work will help align and transition organizational structures, design, culture, and ways of working to support business and mission strategies. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution to drive impactful change and support clients in achieving their goals. By combining strategic insight with practical execution, this professional will help enable organizations to adapt, grow, and thrive in a dynamic business environment. 

• Majors: MBA, MPP, MPA, MPH, Masters in Analytics, Finance, Management, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Change Management, Organizational Psychology

Required Qualifications
