Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

• Manage expatriate related processes around the whole employee lifecycle (contracting, salary reviews, reporting, KPIs);
• Calculate the wage differentials in the different countries of destination;
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR community members, not only ensuring that HR orders and requests are completed within the defined timelines but also helping with consultancy in international assignments procedures, explaining the policies, procedures, laws, and standards to associates (assignees);
• Support with all steps on the requests of A1 certificates.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Preference in degree in Organizational Human Resources Management or other Social/ Management areas;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese (mandatory);
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization;
• Microsoft Office knowledge (MsWord and MsExcel).
