The Sales Coordinator will serve as the customer contact for assigned accounts and will be responsible for order processing and delivery follow-up for Parts and Consumables..

Primary duties include:

• Process email or telephones orders for standard OEM parts and consumables;
• Acknowledge customer orders and provide order status and other related information;
• Resolve ages receivables with customers;
• Provide office back-up for Product Managers when needed to include researching machine components, establishing pricing, and quoting to the customer;
• Participate in in-house department sales meetings and monthly staff meetings.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three (1-3) years’ experience in similar position or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
