Senior Director, WinShape Leadership

Scope of Position: This role will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the development, execution and expansion of key ministry programs, services, and strategic partnerships. This role will serve pastors and non-profit ministry organizations by providing transformative experiences in leadership development, team enhancement, rejuvenation, organizational capacity, and community building. The Senior Director will work closely with the President and cross-functional teams to achieve WinShape’s mission of advancing nonprofit and church leaders for kingdom impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the design, implementation and maintenance of services and programs, ensuring they address the needs of church and nonprofit leaders, including digital products, workshops, consulting services, and retreats.• Provides strategic direction, leadership, supervision, and program oversight for the ministry and staff members.• Delivers program experiences and content in various venues (e.g., challenge course, • classroom) by facilitating activities, providing instruction, and coaching. • Leads the creation and execution of short-term and long-term strategic goals, ensuring alignment with the overall WinShape Foundation mission and vision.• Identifies revenue streams (e.g., subscriptions, workshops, sponsors, digital products). Ensures financial sustainability through effective pricing strategies and strategic partnerships.• Fosters a collaborative community for ministry leaders through peer prayer and networking groups encouraging knowledge sharing, spiritual growth and collective impact. • Works closely with Marketing and Communications to promote services and programs to enhance visibility through digital marketing, content marketing, events and podcasts. • Establishes relationships with key external stakeholders, including nonprofit ministry organizations, church networks, donors and the Chick-fil-A network.• Works closely with the operations team to ensure alignment of service level expectations related to shared space, offerings and services. • Builds and sustains partnerships with other WinShape ministries (e.g., WinShape Camps, WinShape Homes, WinShape Marriage) to provide holistic, wrap-around care to nonprofit and church leaders across a variety of ministry needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in ministry leadership or a similar field• Minimum of 5 years in training and development, facilitation, coaching or experiential learning preferred • A self-professing Christ follower, actively pursuing his/her faith on a consistent basis.• Experience in managing budgets, overseeing revenue generation, and maintaining financial sustainability in a nonprofit or ministry setting. • Ability to develop and implement a long-term ministry vision aligned with WinShape’s values and impact goals.• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a strong team player under time pressures without loss of poise, grace or humor• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills in order to influence individuals at all levels of the organization• Experience in content/curriculum creation preferred• Displays exceptional professionalism at all levels with the ability to develop solutions based on anticipated needs, and demonstrates the initiative to be proactive
