Responsibilities

Oversee the management of rental properties, including advertising vacancies, screening tenants, and executing lease agreements
Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet all regulatory standards
Monitor rental market trends, adjust rental rates accordingly, and conduct market surveys to ensure competitiveness
Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports on property conditions
Manage the financial aspects of rental properties, including rent collection, budgeting, and accounting
Stay up-to-date with local and national rental laws and regulations to ensure compliance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of rental market trends and real estate laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
