Inventory Clerical Assistant

Kendall Auto Mall in Nampa has an immediate opening for an Inventory Clerical Assistant. The position will be primarily responsible for managing inbound inventory transports pdi's etc.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS:

• Work with department manager and sales staffs on new vehicle orders
• Process orders including issuing stock #’s in various databases and file
• Work with service and sales on new PDI's and inbound vehicles
• Create key packets and process keys for PDIs, filing, and logging
• Assist department manager with new car inventory price changes according to market conditions, supply and demand and age of inventory
• Report delivery information to manufacturer and incentive applications
• Work with service department on recalls and courtesy transportation vehicles
• Work with lot manager to ensure vehicles are properly tagged
• Perform other duties as assigned

Candidates must be willing to work weekend and/or evening shifts, have the capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models, have a good driving record and valid driver license.

Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
