Project and Program Manager

The Project & Program Manager will support, structure and manage the implementation of transformation initiatives and projects (Shape4Growth), acting as a single point of coordination across functions and regions. They must ensure the project results are measurable and linked to the P&L as real EBITDA contribution, take care about the transparency and reporting status of the project portfolio, managing links between stakeholders of projects and P&L impacts and execution risks for the program.

• Leading the implementation of dedicated transformation streams 
• Implement best transformation practices, procedures and quality objectives
• Exploiting synergies among the projects and identify cross project dependencies, evaluating relating risks, requirements and opportunities
• Build strong relationship with all stakeholders, especially Steering committees, Owners and Project Managers

 

An experience that matters: your skills

• 3-5 years of experience in international program management and leading a line organization
• Strong collaborative and team attitude
• Target and quick results orientated mind set
• Multi project management skills
• Used to work “hands on, close to ‘the machine’ (vs. pure delegation of tasks)
