THE JOB:

As the Director of Asian Marketing, you will play a key role in leading and driving efficient processes, using your expertise and sound judgment to quickly and effectively meet our casino customers' needs. Your decisions will directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth and success of our marketing initiatives

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Evaluate customer activity to provide appropriate incentives and approve limited allowances (rooms, food, beverages, event tickets).

• Support customer base growth and development efforts.

• Manage customer reservations using OPERA & PATRON systems.

• Make decisions on customer allowances and comps.

• Help manage customers to ensure profitability.

• Collaborate with Casino Marketing, Marketing Executives, and staff to support casino customers.

• Attend special events to promote marketing and interact with customers.

• Protect customer privacy by following company policies on confidential information.

• Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a way that satisfies both the customer and the company.

• Follow local laws, Title 31, and attend required compliance and training sessions.
   

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

• Proof of eligibility to work in the country located

• Able to work in the fast pace environment

• Able to work as a team with co-workers

• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills

• Demonstrates savvy interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

• Shows flexibility in working a variety of shifts

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$65,600.00 - $109,400.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
