<h3><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Position Summary</strong></span></h3> <p>The Initial Assessment Clinician will support Centria's mission and growth by conducting initial assessments for new clients. This role will ensure treatment fidelity and provide quality service by helping to educate the client and families on the importance of ABA therapy and assisting in the smooth transition of services to the Supervising Clinician.</p> <h3>Success Measures</h3> <p>Success measures include the timely completion of initial assessments and adherence to compliance standards.</p> <h3>Duties and Responsibilities</h3> <h4>Essential Duties</h4> <ol> <li>Conduct Initial Assessments. <ul> <li>VP-MAPP, AFLS, Essentials for Living, ABLLS, etc., for new families needing services.</li> <li>Complete the contracted number of Initial Assessments per week.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Meet required timeline for submission. <ul> <li>All assessments must be submitted within five (5) days of completion.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Work directly with the families and legal guardians to educate them on the importance of ABA therapy and Comprehensive Treatment Planning.</li> <li>Assist in a smooth transition of care/relationship to the Supervising Clinician, as needed.</li> <li>Keep client profiles up to date within CareConnect.</li> <li>Review COMS report weekly to identify new referrals and schedule travel/appointments accordingly. Communicate with the Operations Team and Field Staff Managers to inform them of schedule confirmations and report completion.</li> <li>Promote the growth of Centria Healthcare and assist in the pursuit of business opportunities. <ul> <li>Build relationships with current referral sources.</li> <li>Pursue and build relationships with new referral partners.</li> </ul> </li> </ol> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <h3>Education</h3> <ul> <li>Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelines</li> <li>Completion of 8-hour supervision course, or willing to complete within first 30 days</li> </ul> <h3>License/Certification</h3> <ul> <li>BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing</li> <li>Active state license, in good standing, when applicable</li> </ul> <h3>Work Experience</h3> <ul> <li>1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders</li> <li>Previous supervision experience, preferred</li> <li>Crisis management experience, preferred</li> </ul> <h3>Equipment and Technology Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>B
