Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing highly diversified maintenance duties in an industrial food plant setting. Key skills are the ability to think critically, ability to assess and repair a wide range of production equipment to prevent down time in a continuous production plant, including both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Must be able to demonstrate a full range of skills, including but not limited to, pipe fitting, electrical up to 480 volt 3 phase power, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic as well as good fabrication skills using a variety of shop equipment, including but not limited to, drill press, MiG and Tig welding of stainless steel. The most critical skill will be approaching work and team members with a positive attitude.
Night Shift Positions are Available, 12-hour rotating schedule.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Work experience in a trade that would be applicable in a manufacturing or military setting. Requires a high school diploma / GED and the ability to pass a mechanical aptitude exam are a must. Higher education / trade certificates are a plus and would qualify the successful candidate to a higher pay level.
Salary Description$28.00/hour
