Job Overview
Reporting to the Vice President, Ombudsman & Employee Relations at TE Connectivity, this role provides essential administrative support to the Office of the Ombudsman, a Business Unit Assistant General Counsel, and performs some tasks for the law department operations team. This position is open to candidates at any TE site in the U.S., with a preference for locations in Harrisburg, PA, Berwyn, PA, or Washington, DC.
This is a hybrid role.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings and schedules for the team.
- Schedule conference calls, on-site meetings, and off-site team gatherings.
- Ensure seamless organization of team schedules and meetings to facilitate smooth operations.
- Arrange and coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Handle expense reports related to travel and other activities.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are cost-effective and comply with company policies.
- Assist in updating data records within the case management system.
- Provide support for various projects, including managing SharePoint sites and Teams folders.
- Contribute to the efficient functioning of the Office of the Ombudsman through diligent record-keeping and project support.
- Assist with surveys and related data collection efforts.
- Support the operations team in managing and analyzing data.
- Help streamline department operations through effective data handling and reporting.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for various meetings and reports.
- Generate routine Excel reports as required.
- Type, edit, and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage sensitive and proprietary information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Ensure all information handled is secure and compliant with company policies.
- Act as a team player by assisting and providing coverage for other administrative assistants as needed.

- Strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. General understanding of using PowerPoint and Excel for basic reporting purposes.
- Ability to research topics online; basic understanding of SharePoint management is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience working in an administrative capacity; large corporation experience preferred; experience in a legal environment is a plus.
- Communication Skills:** Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities.
- Able to work independently, prioritize work, and handle simultaneous assignments with success and accuracy.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Teams.

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $64,960 – $97,440 (subject to change dependent
