This role is in support  of the Environmental & Airframe Control Systems Aftermarket Program Team within industrial & retrofit management. A successful candidate will gain exposure and experience working across business and manufacturing functions while aiding execution of business priorities. This role provides a unique opportunity for a college student to gain insight into a number of areas to help hone their longer term ambitions.

What You Will Do:

•  Support Daily & Weekly Reporting deliverables
• Aid the team with analysis surrounding industrial readiness and retrofit incorporation
• Attend Industrial and Retrofit meeting cadences
• Support business improvement projects and data automation efforts

What You Will Learn:

• Aerospace Industry related experience gained through supporting monthly executables, program requirements, and financial targets
• RTX CORE Concepts and Tools for use in change management, lean manufacturing, etc.
• Statistical Forecasting & Modeling as it relates to demand management
• Organizational communication and leadership experience working with the EACS AM Program Team

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

• Data Skills – Microsoft Office Preferred

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
