What you’ll accomplish with us

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between the C-Suite, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion.

• Oversee expense reporting, reconciliations, and special projects.

• Support office operations, vendor relationships, and executive events.
