Department Description:

Critical Materials Management mission is to prevent, identify, mitigate or remediate risks on critical materials on all Sanofi Vaccine industrial sites through a dedicated management, a global industrial scope and a strong network. Working within one of the most highly regulated industries, the candidates will have the opportunity to develop the ability to function creatively within a team, while maintaining attention to strict compliance. The candidates will acquire knowledge of industry constraints and regulations. This co-op will be for 6 months (January to June 2025).

Responsibilities:

  • Support management of digital tools linked to critical materials management

  • Support key performance indicators monitoring linked to critical materials management and propose continuous improvement.

  • Support data analysis and prepare reporting linked to critical materials risk remediation

  • Support preparation of Supplier Relationship Management meetings under the supervision of the Critical Materials Management Site Lead

  • Assist facilitation of cross-functional technical, procurement, quality and supply Team meetings

  • Promote critical material management good practices.

About you

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain/Sciences/ Engineering/Business or related field with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2027

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi.  

  • Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40 hrs./week for the full duration of the internship/Co-op

    Must have permanent US work authorization 

  • Must be proficient in use of MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Must be legally eligible to work for Sanofi in USA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge or experience with SAP

  • Able to work independently and in collaboration with others

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Desire to work within a team, cross functional and global matrix environment

  • Strong project management skills including organization, time management, and follow-up
