About the Position

The Learning Technology Center (LTC) is seeking a Regional IT Coordinator to provide hands-on, day-to-day IT support to school districts through a shared service model. This role will support schools within ROE 28, including ROE#28, Hall High School District 502, and La Moille CUSD 303, serving as a trusted, go-to resource for technology operations. The specialist will split time between districts, delivering a mix of on-site and remote support to ensure devices, systems, and classroom technology are reliable, secure, and functioning effectively. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Google Workspace environments, managing device deployments, and maintaining strong relationships with district staff.

This position is ideal for a self-directed IT professional who can operate independently across multiple environments while providing responsive, practical support. The IT Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining system reliability, supporting cybersecurity best practices, and coordinating with vendors and partners when needed. The role also includes assisting with small projects such as device rollouts and system updates, while helping districts plan for ongoing technology needs. This is a highly collaborative, service-oriented position focused on ensuring schools have the technology support they need to operate effectively every day.
