What you will be doing

The Occupational Therapist provides individual and group occupational rehabilitative therapy programs through directed activities to residents experiencing physical or mental disabilities or disorders. This position will plan, organize, supervise, direct, and administer occupational programs and rehabilitation treatments in an effort to promote, maintain, or restore physical and mental health and the functional independence of residents to prepare them for community re-integration.

This position is primarily at the McLaughlin Youth Center on Providence Drive in Anchorage. We take pride in working well with local entities including police departments and courts, district attorneys, school districts, and residential and community based treatment providers.
