Job Description

The Digital Production Manager will play a key role in the design, development, and production of interactive digital assets. This hybrid position requires a strong blend of visual design expertise and front-end development skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, brand-compliant assets across digital platforms. This role also supports documentation development and team coordination to drive operational efficiency and project success.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Design & Production

• Design and produce visually compelling digital assets including websites, email campaigns, display banners, and interactive sales aids (ISAs).
• Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and meets quality standards for clarity, usability, and consistency.
• Support iterative design processes and collaborate with stakeholders to implement feedback efficiently.

Front-End Development

• Develop responsive HTML and Knak emails, animated banners, and other front-end digital deliverables.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and performance, adhering to accessibility best practices and technical specifications.
• Conduct QA testing and troubleshooting to maintain a seamless user experience.

Documentation & Workflow Management

• Create and manage Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to guide development and QA processes.
• Support project lifecycles by maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation from kickoff through final delivery (AFD).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team documentation standards and processes.
