About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution in the fast-paced world of system ticketing distribution.
As Head of Product, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from defining the long-term vision to delivering innovative solutions that delight our customers (event organizers) and drive business growth.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and business operations to build a world-class ticketing platform that scales globally, maximizes conversion, and creates seamless live event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale our product team, fostering a culture of ownership, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Define and lead the product strategy aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs, ensuring a competitive advantage in the ticketing industry.
- Own the product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term innovation.
- Partner closely with senior leaders, specially with engineering and business, to define the long-term product vision and ensure alignment across the company.
- Leverage data, user research, and market insights to drive product decisions and continuously improve the ticket purchase and event management experience.
- Foster a strong culture of data-driven decision making while overseeing A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion funnels, checkout flow, and event discovery.
- Collaborate with commercial, and operations teams to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies and successful feature adoption.
- Excellent ability to translate customer insights into actionable product initiatives; prioritize features and enhancements with a balance of user experience and commercial value.
- Track and report product KPIs and business impact, ensuring product initiatives drive measurable results.
- Stay ahead of industry trends (ticketing platforms, fintech/payments, event marketing, live experiences) to anticipate future needs and opportunities.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles (Head of Product / Product Lead / CPD).
- Proven track record building and scaling consumer-facing digital platforms; experience in ticketing, e-commerce, events, or marketplaces is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product plans.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, agile development, and data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in analytics and experimentation (e.g., GA4, Mixpane
