We are B Corp certified, enabling us to put our values into action by not only making decisions for the benefit of our shareholders, but also for our customers, environment, employees, and community.We are seeking a Seasonal Business Analytics Associate to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.How you will contribute:
  • Analytical Support:
    • Identify and track key metrics to measure the success and wellness of our Virtual Power Plant (VPP) programs
  • Deal Contribution:
    • Analyze quantitative and qualitative value drivers within each potential deal
    • Utilize analysis to inform deal pricing and structure
  • Strategic Partnership:
    • Help define the Distributed Energy Resources (DER) expansion strategy for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Residential Partners
    • Analyze key players in the DER market, identifying potential partnership strategies and engagement models
  • Financial Analysis
    • Conduct financial analysis for VPP deals in the early states of qualification
  • Build financial models to assess deal profitability and risks
What you bring to Uplight:
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to develop financial models and conduct complex analyses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in strategy development or deal modeling
Bonus points:
  • Management consulting or banking experience

Hourly Range: $25.00 to $30.00Application Deadline: August 2, 2024In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above.
