What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one outpatient occupational therapy to patients of all ages 
• Evaluate, plan, and implement customized treatment programs to restore function and independence 
• Perform and document thorough patient assessments and progress notes 
• Develop and guide plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and physicians
• Fabricate custom splints as needed and adjust treatments to maximize results

Requirements

•  NYS Occupational Therapy License (required)
• Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
• Strong communication and patient education skills 
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
