Position will be remote but associate must be willing and able to go into the office on rare occasions.

Overview 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enablement Operations Director to join our Global Enablement team at Blue Yonder. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and scalability across numerous programs and initiatives spanning sales, service delivery and partner enablement, developing and implementing best practices and processes. You will work closely with Commercial Excellence, Education Services, Human Resources, Partner Operations, and numerous cross-functional teams to streamline the delivery and measure effectiveness of all enablement activity.

Scope 

• Define and institutionalize processes, best practices, metrics/KPIs for: sales enablement, service delivery enablement and partner enablement globally
• Assist in coordinating enablement programs which span the above
• Help to align our enablement agenda with other corporate programs such as New Solution Introduction
• Strategize and priorities Blue Yonder’s enablement tools & technologies
• Chief-of-staff for CVP, Global Enablement  

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with business leaders to define and prioritize enablement programs and initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction 
• Develop and implement enablement processes, policies, and tools to support the enablement needs of the company and partner ecosystem 
• Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness 
• Own the enablement technology stack, including the Highspot sales enablement platform, enablement content build tools such as Captivate, and other enablement productivity tools 
• Analyze enablement data and metrics to provide actionable insights to the enablement team, business leaders and cross-functional teams 
• Oversee enablement operations projects and initiatives, including system integrations and process improvements 
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in the enablement organization 

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred 
• Preferably 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing or enablement operations or related field, with at least 7 years of experience in a leadership/management role 
• Proven experience in documenting processes, driving process improvements, standardization, and operational excellence
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics and reporting tools; experience with Power BI preferred
• Experience managing enablement and/or content management systems; experience with Highspot (or similar) preferred
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners

The salary range for this position is $139,700.00 to $200,000.00 US

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
