As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution setting. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and offering outstanding customer service and communication to those at the location. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations when needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter potential unauthorized activity and report any unusual conditions.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity within the financial institution environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and/or staff as required by the location's needs.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or concerns in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Have prior supervisory experience.
• Be able to provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
