As a Supply Chain Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in transforming supply chain operations into strategic assets for our clients. You’ll work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to design, implement, and deliver supply chain solutions tailored to client needs. Your expertise will help create innovative strategies that drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making processes.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with clients across Supply Chain and partners across AT&T to optimize their supply chain strategies and operations.

• Leverage analytics, emerging technologies, and digital tools to drive supply chain transformation, focusing on physical operations and supply chain management improvements including distribution, logistics, procurement, sourcing, and inventory management

• Develop and deliver comprehensive supply chain solutions, integrating people, processes, technology, and controls to improve operational effectiveness, lower costs, and reduce risks

• Provide hands-on support and guidance in solution design and system implementation to ensure project success.

• Build client trust by developing long-term relationships and delivering measurable business value through tailored solutions.

We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic professional with a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills. To excel in this role, you should bring:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain consulting or relevant industry roles.

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify and convey complex ideas to clients and stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to work independently or in collaborative team environments to deliver high-quality solutions within or ahead of deadlines.

• Proven ability to manage client relationships, guide change management efforts, and drive measurable results.

Our Lead Solution Architect - Supply Chain earn between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
