We are seeking a patient-centered CRNA to join our anesthesia care team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia services across a variety of surgical cases, ensuring patient safety and comfort from preoperative assessment through postoperative recovery. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Autonomy: Perform anesthesia techniques and procedures within your clinical privileges, including induction, airway management, and life support.
Patient Care: Perform comprehensive preoperative assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and administer various anesthesia techniques (general, regional, and MAC).
Monitoring: Maintain patient stability through vigilant monitoring of vital signs and adjusting medication or ventilator support as needed.
Collaboration: Partner with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Emergency Response: Lead or assist in airway management and critical care interventions during emergencies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records.
QualificationsWhat You Bring:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and anesthesia.
Licensure: Current Nebraska RN and CRNA license (or ability to obtain via compact state requirements within 30 days).
Certification: Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
Experience: At least two (2) years of anesthesia experience preferred.
