This role is located in Dallas, TX and is required to be onsite.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide executive admin support for Executive Vice President supporting Texas branch in the Central Mountain Complex
  • Running the EVP calendar, support trainings and events across the Complex specifically the Texas Branch.
  • Provides additional support to Complex special projects and initiatives such as Recruiting overseen by EVP.
  • Monitor financial obligations related to Branch Manager Spending Accounts, expense management & tracking.
  • Backup to local staff support on PTO and other special project needs.
  • Handle key culture driven initiatives across Complex.

The base salary range for this position is $45,000-$75,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications
  • 2 Years Support experience -Mid to Upper level management
  • Experienced level in Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Proven communication skills with upper-level management and customers
  • Detailed oriented
  • Business acumen in role performance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 Years experience in Financial Services a plus
  • 1 years Events/culture building experience
  • 1 years Project Management/Planning experience

Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Office Administration: Knowledge of office administration activities; ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
