What you will do as a Bartender:                                   

• Maintain adequate stock levels of beer, soda, liquor, glassware, and paper products at the start and end of each shift, as well as before scheduled breaks.
• Skillfully prepares cocktails according to YBRC and/or guest preferences, while also providing drink suggestions or recommendations as needed.
• Utilizes the "Back-Bar Checklist" to verify the presence and availability of all required items. Ensure prompt entry of all prepared drinks into the MICROS POS System.

Having a Rewarding Career As A Bartender Means:

• Demonstrating precision in counting money and ensuring accurate change.
• Excelling in order processing payment handling through the Point of Sales system.
• Valuable experience in alcohol beverage service is preferred with additional knowledge of liquor service standards, compliance laws, and responsible service techniques proving beneficial.
• Successful completing and proficiency in alcohol service training are mandatory.
