Physician Contracting Coordinator

Job Description

Coordinates contract support operations throughout the physician contract life-cycle – planning, administration, renewal and closure. Performs due diligence review and document production.

Job Responsibility

• Coordinates contract support operations throughout the physician contract life-cycle – planning, administration, renewal and closure.
• Reviews and edits all aspects of physician contracts and LOIs, ensures contracts and LOIs are compliant with applicable rules.
• Maintains contract library, ensures contracts, amendments and LOIs are current and up-to-date.
• Develops and communicates contract support processes.
• Collaborates with in-house counsel to ensure proper execution of contract negotiations to ensure physician contract compliance.
• Maintains departmental databases for tracking / monitoring information contract work flows.
• Performs due diligence review and document production.

Job Qualification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
