Senior Manager of Indirect

Redaptive is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Indirect to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with a variety of suppliers and service providers to ensure cost savings, while achieving the highest quality, and timely delivery for Redaptive.  Additionally, you will use your excellent communication skills, project management experience, and industry knowledge to effectively build a supply portfolio in the Indirect Materials and Services space. You will also partner with internal stakeholders to develop top-down strategy, drive efficiencies and positively influence company objectives.  The Senior Manager of Indirect reports to the Sr. Director of Strategic Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies for the Indirect portfolio.
• Identify and develop a portfolio of qualified supply options.
• Lead negotiations with providers in your respective space.
• Develop and execute cost models – understand how significant cost drivers impact category strategy. 
• Manage supply base by establishing and maintaining measurable performance metrics for your portfolio.
• Drive year on year cost savings while mitigating company exposure.
• Project Management – work cross functionally with internal stakeholders (Ops, Product, Sales, Partner Management, Legal) to build alignment on both specific projects and category strategy.
• Contract management – review and negotiate commercial terms – high familiarity with legal terms and conditions.
• Understanding of technology trends, market forces, cost trends, and supplier technology outlook.

Requirements/Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in a relevant concentration or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in commodity management/category management/supply chain management/ops.
• Excellent analytical and project management capabilities.
• Experience/exposure in any of the following:  lighting, HVAC, electrical, building engineering, building construction, metering, manufacturing, or other related industry.
• Exceptional understanding of supply chain principles and sourcing fundamentals.
• Ability to effectively negotiate both service and commodity offerings.
• Build a deep understanding of Redaptive offerings and industry trends within your category.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and focus.
• Adaptable, flexible to changing priorities and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Organized with an eye for detail. Follow-up and drive tasks to completion.
• Excellent presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Collaboration and influence management skills.
• CSCP (APICS) or CPSM (ISM)  a plus.
• Experience with both commodity and service offerings a plus.

• Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.

• Annual at-target bonus: minimum 10% of salary depending on level of role
