We're seeking an enthusiastic and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing Team in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our user acquisition and engagement efforts by creating compelling visual content for our paid advertising, CRM campaigns, and other digital channels. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your design and video-editing skills to attract new users and nurture our existing community.

What you will be doing

• Design engaging and effective visual assets for various digital platforms, including social media ads, display ads, email marketing, landing pages, and website content.

• Create and edit short-form video content for our digital channels to capture attention and communicate key messages.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team, including performance marketers and CRM specialists, to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.

• Ensure all visual materials align with the Natural Cycles brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

• Contribute to the development and execution of creative concepts and visual strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

What skills and experience we think you have

• You have a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, specifically within the digital realm.

• You possess solid graphic design skills, including proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).

• You have experience in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools) and are comfortable creating engaging short-form video content.

• You understand the principles of effective visual communication for digital marketing purposes.

• You are a proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong ability to manage your time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• You are a team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• You are detail-oriented and have a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Fluency in English is required.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working with motion graphics and animation.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing design best practices.

• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and how design impacts campaign results.
