The #1 goal of your role is to screen new registrations to ensure a safe community of high-quality profiles, so members can focus on a great match without endless swiping. With screening of registrations, the main priority is to keep out the scammers, fakes and inappropriate profiles that compromise the safety or diminish the quality of the user experience. 

Based on your experience you share potential patterns to help improve the screening process and continuously create a safer community. You spot patterns and translate those into plain hypotheses (in English) so our team can assess.

This is a flexible work-from-home position of 25-40 hrs per week. The days and hours can be planned around your family life. This role will also fill 3-5 hrs on Saturday and 3-5 hrs on Sunday.

Your impact

1. Screening: Moderate registrations on Safety, Effort and Mindset so our users don't have to deal with fakes, scammers and spammers and instead can match with like-minded, career-driven singles - from all walks of life - who put the effort into dating.
2. Team focus: Be a team player that helps the teams focus on what matters most to members. Build a bridge to fill in the gap between customer experience, product development and marketing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.

• You’re a true team player. Make sure to always proactively communicate about your work, and keep the team’s best in the back of your mind. As well as communicating about bugs, ideas, improvements and other topics that might have an impact on the company. 

• You have a flexible mindset when it comes to working hours. Being able to jump in and help colleagues at busy times, and work during non-conventional hours such as evenings and weekends.
