The role

As a Consultant, your primary mission is to engage in projects that advise decision-makers on their Sustainability journey, employing robust impact-driven and science-based methodologies, ESG frameworks, and metrics, while considering the business and stakeholder context. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic advice to clients in formulating sustainability strategies and supporting their implementation at various stages of the sustainability journey.

You will assist companies in conducting materiality assessments and developing non-financial reports, guiding them through the latest ESG trends and regulatory developments such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, Swiss counter-proposal to the initiative for responsible businesses, and more. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting business development activities, contributing to proposals and intellectual property development to acquire new clients. 

In your specific area of expertise, you will participate in workstreams to identify, design, and implement effective solutions, empowering clients to establish robust programs and build organizational capabilities to drive sustained performance. Your contributions will be instrumental in advancing sustainable practices and making a positive impact.
