Hiring throughout the Greater St. Louis Metro area, including communities across Missouri and Illinois.

Important: This position services the St. Louis market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Bridgeton office.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000-$150,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the St. Louis Metro area

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll meet directly with homeowners to identify their exterior restoration needs, provide professional inspections, and guide them through the restoration process from start to finish.

Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.

If you've worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, automotive, telecommunications, or another customer-facing role, your experience may translate well into this position.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift equipment as needed
Ability to work a Full-Time schedule
