Strategic Client Engagement Manager

Who we are looking for:

First Eagle is seeking a Strategic Client Engagement Manager to develop and maintain Centers of Influence (COI) relationships, enhancing “good-will” equity and expanding exposure of First Eagle Senior Advisors and Advisor Consultants within assigned regional footprints. This person will play a critical role in driving brand visibility, building firm-specific programming, and creating meaningful connections between First Eagle and its partners.

  
What you will do:

• Present First Eagle value-add material at national and regional conferences and events.

• Develop customized training at the regional and local level to support COIs in addressing the training needs of their advisors.

• Create tailored regional programs to meet the needs of firm-specific initiatives.

• Partner with COIs to allocate budget resources that help fill financial gaps for firm-focused events.

• Engage with First Eagle National Sales Managers to design and execute “Road Shows” targeting specific product rollouts.

• Work closely with First Eagle Senior Consultants to build programs that promote both the consultant and the First Eagle brand within defined territories.

• Identify, call on, and develop new regional COI relationships.

The qualities you should have:

• Extensive experience in field sales, preferably with prior management responsibilities.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

• Proven knowledge of financial advisor practice management.

• Established regional firm-specific COI relationships (preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

• Must have active Series 7 & 63 licenses

• Willingness to travel up to three weeks per month.

Base Salary range: $170,000 to $225,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to – the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
