Role reports to: Sr Analyst NA HCP Omnichannel IT
Location: Hybrid in Summit, New Jersey. (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently in Skillman, NJ, but will transition to Summit, NJ, around early 2025). A fully remote option is also available.
Travel %: N/A
Pay: Anticipated hourly pay for this position is $20.00 – $26.00 will be based on candidate’s program year, discipline and degree/experience
What you will do
As an intern in this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to support our team by conducting market research, analyzing data, and crafting engaging presentations that drive strategic decisions:
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
· Analyze and identify new opportunities for growth
· Manage and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and deliverables
· Assist in the development of product positioning and messaging
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
· Pursuing an undergraduate degree in one of the following areas: (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Management, Information Systems (MIS), Data Science or Analytics) OR any STEM Degree.
· You are legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
· You are actively enrolled at accredited University pursuing a Bachelors degree with intended graduation date between December 2025 – July 2028
· Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, during the duration of the internship is required. The program will be active from Monday-Friday from end-of-May to mid-August.
· A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA based on a 4.0 scale
Desired Qualifications
· You are a highly motivated individual with demonstrated analytical, communication and social skills. A keen curiosity for technology and strong leadership skills are important in our entrepreneurial, fast-paced work environment.
· You should demonstrate a passion for general technology and interest in some of the following areas: E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence.
· Interest in learning or past experience working with any of the below:
o Platforms: JIRA, Salesforce, Shopify
o Cloud Technologies: Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure/Intune, Microsoft 365
o Data Visualization Tools: Google Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau
o Coding: HTML, React, Javascript, CSS, SQL, Node.js, Re
