Part-time Instructional

Salary/Position Classification

• $1,600 per credit hour, contract, Exempt
• Up to 13.35+ hours per week
• This position will work onsite.

Purpose of Position

The Aviation department in the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace is seeking a professional to fill the role of Instructor. This position will teach undergraduate courses in the Aviation Department for the upcoming Academic Year

Duties & Responsibilities

•  Teach various undergraduate courses in the Aviation Department and to evaluate the students in those courses. Classes are held in person in Grand Forks, ND.

Required Competencies

• Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
• Utility to teach a variety of Aviation Courses.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation related field; OR Bachelor's degree and equivalent Aviation related experience.
• Experience as a CFII or Lead Flight Instructor at a Part 141 school.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check.
