Treasury Analyst I Cash Management in  GAC Savannah

Unique Skills:

Up to 1+ year Treasury or related experience.

Education and Experience Requirements:

 

Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 0-2 years prior related experience in banking operations or corporate treasury.

Position Purpose:

Applies principles of Treasury with a primary focus on daily cash management, recordkeeping and analysis of cash flows.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions: 1. Perform routine processing (automated or manual, as required) of cash or banking transactions. 2. Prepare daily cash positioning through maintenance of complete and accurate bank activity recordkeeping. 3. Prepare schedules, reports, presentations, etc. for management. 4. Prepares journal entries and supporting schedules for closing. 5. Reconciles complex assigned accounts including preparation of appropriate documentation. 6. Prepares new aircraft invoices and related recordkeeping. 7. Provide support for the maintenance of new aircraft contract and payment files. 8. Under immediate supervision, follows established procedures to perform tasks that are routine in nature, requiring little evaluation, originality or ingenuity.

Additional Functions: 1. Performs other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements: 1. A credit history check from a national credit bureau will be conducted for all candidates for this position including new hires and current employees seeking promotion or transfer. 2. Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications, principally Excel is required. Strong technology expertise in other applications a plus.
