Technical Director NE CLC-FLO

The NE CLC-Florence is a department level organization which runs the order process, acting as the bridge between the factory and the field (sales, service, and installation). Within this department the technical Director is responsible for working with and through department group leaders and peer functional leaders with oversight of the following departments:

• eLog
• Automation
• Deviations
• AMTs
• CN execution
• New product lunch integration, programing, set-up

The role includes managing through subordinate managers and constantly looking for new ways, tools, and technologies to drive better customer service with increasing levels of efficiency and agility. 

Job requirements

Run the internal operations of the factory front end.

• Manage overhead budgets/burdens
• Developing department Roadmap Objectives
• Promote site process improvements
• Lead cross-functional groups to drive down lead time, meet commitments to customers, and continuously improve products and services.
• Lead continuous improvement effort to standardize deviations and facilitate the job of our sales team
• Lead continuous improvement effort to automate and error proof the information flow where possible.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to drive down AMT lead-time, backlog and ratios
• Integral contributor to operations and supply chain transformation and interface to CLC. Drive packcode optimization and simplification
