We are currently seeking a People Services Team Lead to join our team as we continue to expand our rapidly growing global network infrastructure. This role will help to support our EMEA People Services (Operations) Team as we are quickly expanding in the region.
Responsibilities/What you’ll do:
- Manage the EMEA People Services team members (2 direct reports)
- Assist in the transformation of the People Services department through project-based initiatives as Zscaler continues to scale
- Assist with the communication and rollout of HR programs and policies in the EMEA geo
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with current employment laws
- Stay current on HR technologies and seek ways to improve employee experience and administrative efficiency via technology
- Be responsible for an excellent employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Update and maintain HRIS
- Manage and administer leaves of absence, including medical, maternity, paternity, unpaid personal leave, jury service, bereavement etc.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in human resources is required, preferably with a background in People Ops or HR technologies
- 3+ years experience managing a team with direct reports
- Excellent knowledge of employment/labour laws for multiple EMEA countries
- University degree or equivalent work experience/certification such as Professional in Human Resources (CIPD) certification. or equivalent industry experience
- Experience of working in an international role
- Experience in a fast-paced, high growth work environment is highly desired
- Experience supporting operational HR programs
- A passion for organizational culture, design, the future of work and human-centric People approaches
- Experience working with and optimizing HR platforms/technologies
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Second language is a plus but not required
- Friendly, energetic and comfortable operating in a fluid environment
