Job Description

Our client is looking for an Office Manager to help  their Seattle operations team. This role is in office, part-time, temp, and covering a leave of absence. The company is located in Eastlake

In this role you will: 

• Maintain a professional and organized office environment.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with vendors, building management, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient facility operations.

• Oversee the SEA office including: 

  • Serve as primary liaison with landlord and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.

  • Manage office security system and building facility services.

  • Ensure timely repairs, tracking, and communication for effective issue resolution.

• Manage office amenities such as:

  • Coordinate team lunches.

  • Order and maintain stock of snacks, drinks, and coffee.

  • Oversee lunch ordering, setup, and coordinate cleanup.

• Serve as a friendly, approachable point of contact:

  • Address employee requests and concerns.

  • Create an environment conducive to optimal work performance.

  • Provide a welcoming first impression for visiting candidates and stakeholders.

• Plan and execute internal and external events.

• Oversee office supplies:

  • Place orders as needed.

  • Maintain proper inventory levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of office management experience
•  Responsible
• Organized
• Enjoy working with people
