Test Coordinator – Customer Service & SAP Solutions

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and oversee testing activities for projects within the customer service and key accounts domain.</li><li>Develop detailed test scenarios and test data while supporting team members in their preparation.</li><li>Execute functional and technical tests and provide hands-on support to the testing team.</li><li>Supply test data for automation purposes and adjust test scripts to meet project requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with analysts and technical specialists to identify and resolve defects.</li><li>Report proactively on potential risks, issues, and structural improvement opportunities.</li><li>Maintain and document all testware within project management and collaboration tools.</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>You have 5+ years of experience in test coordination and the management of test activities.</li><li>You possess 5+ years of experience testing <strong>SAP</strong> systems, specifically <strong>SAP CRM (CRM7 and S4)</strong>.</li><li>You bring 5+ years of experience testing <strong>.NET</strong> applications.</li><li>You have 5+ years of experience in functional test design and execution.</li><li>You bring expertise in formal test methodologies and techniques.</li><li>You possess an <strong>ISEB Foundation Certificate</strong> in software testing.</li><li>You have an <strong>ISTQB Foundation Level Agile Tester Certificate</strong>.</li><li>You're analytical, solution-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.</li><li>You are fluent in <strong>Dutch</strong> at a C2 level.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Haves</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>Jira</strong>, <strong>Confluence</strong>, <strong>HPQC</strong>, and <strong>Team Foundation Server (TFS)</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of test automation using <strong>QTP</strong>, <strong>Leapwork</strong>, or <strong>BrowserStack</strong>.</li><li>Experience within the <strong>Belgian energy sector</strong> and knowledge of the <strong>REG</strong> domain.</li><li>5+ years of experience with <strong>Use Case</strong> analysis and modeling techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with setting up test users in <strong>SAP</strong>.</li></ul>
