A Taste of What You'll Do
Join our Livingston team as a Production Lead Assistant from July to October! As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for resolving personnel, staffing, and work order conflicts while managing hourly staff directly. We have three shifts available: day shift, swing shift, and graveyard, and all positions require weekend work. Additionally, overtime opportunities are available. What You'll Need
- Bachelors Degree or 4 years production-operations, accounting/finance, customer service, agricultural management, or production maintenance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate
- Required to be 21 years of age or older.
- Experience leading or directing the work of team members.
- Candidate is required to have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver’s license based on the position’s location within 30 days of hire.
- Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point at a basic level.
- Required to work day, swing or graveyard shifts.
- Required to lift and move up to 65 pounds
- Experienced in reading and comprehending simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Experienced in writing simple correspondence and procedures.
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
