• W-2 employment with a salary of $14.25 -$15.00/Hour.

Skills:

 ·         Control ·         Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·         Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively·         Cleaning Experience- But not required·         Basic Maintenance  ·         Quality control

Responsibilities and Duties:

 ·         Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors·         Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.·         Clean entrance glass and other interior glass.·         Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.·         Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls.   Job Qualifications: ·         Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.·         Must have ability to work independently and as a team member.·         Must be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace.·         Able to lift 35 lbs. ·         Must be reliable.
