Cedar Sinai Park is looking for two part-time Resident Assistants. We have two shifts currently available. We need someone for the nocturnal shift Saturday & Sunday from 10PM-6:30AM. We also need someone for the evening shift, Tuesday-Friday, 2:30PM-10:00PM.  

Summary- We are looking for warm, energetic, and amiable staff with a passion for taking care of people to serve in the Health Services Department of the Rose Schnitzer Manor Assisted living helping our amazing residents with activities of daily living.

Assists residents with care as assigned (per service plan) while maintaining the highest standards for the physical, mental, and emotional, social well-being, independence, self-direction, and self-care of each resident.

• Documents as required by policies, procedures, and protocols, such as Stop and Watch forms, Activities of Daily Living, and Safety Check Logs.
• Direct Care provided but not limited to the following: provides assistance with ambulating, transferring, escorting, dressing, grooming, bathing, personal hygiene, toileting and client specific tasks that are assigned or delegated.
• Reviews service plan for all assigned residents daily.
• Independently executes duties assigned in accordance with the service plan.
• Works with health services team to care for all residents in the facility.
• Arranges for help from other team members to complete care that requires more than one direct care staff member.

We have high standards. Qualifications include:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Caregiving or customer service experience a plus!
